Bible Readings: Ezekiel 36:22-38, Luke 18:9-14
Sermon text: Mark 10:23-31
Salvation is not found in riches or reputation, performance or piety, but only in the Lord Jesus, the Redeemer who came to pay the penalty for our sins and to experience God’s righteous wrath on our behalf and to die in our place and to rise again from the dead for our justification. Now, if we turn from our wicked ways and repent of our sins and trust in Jesus Christ then Salvation is ours as a free gracious gift. Salvation is an impossibility with man but it is a wonderful possibility with God.
